CourseLeap educators specialise in bridging gaps in pedagogy and learning and strengthening key transitions between school and university. We combine rigour, clarity, and personalised mentorship to ensure students can think critically, communicate clearly, and approach advanced challenges with confidence.

With over 200+ years of combined teaching experience, CourseLeap’s faculty brings together experienced educators, curriculum experts, PhD candidates, gold medallists, Olympiad winners and industry professionals who share a deep understanding of both academic rigour and the realities of student life. Our instructors include former heads of department, research supervisors, examiners and workshop leaders. We have two academic departments, each with its own dedicated faculty – CourseLeap Math (CLM) – our math department, and CourseLeap Plus (CLP), our department of sciences, arts, humanities and languages.

Our faculty members specialise in delivering courses and personalised academic tutoring across a wide range of curricula — from the IB, MYP, A Levels and IGCSE to American Core, Advance Placements and many university courses. Our instructors are specially trained to support students transitioning from ICSE, CBSE, and other curricula. We also prepare students for International Math Olympiads, AMC exams, CEMC, HKIMO, UK University Entrance Exams such as MAT, TMUA, PAT, ESAT, UCAT, STEP, TARA,TSA as well as many other competitions.

Each instructor pairs a love of learning with a love of teaching, and brings a creative and international perspective to their sessions. At CourseLeap, mentors walk side by side with their students on their learning journey, preparing them confidently for high school, university and beyond.

Yogesh Dhingra

Founder

Chief Instructor and Academic Advisor at CourseLeap. 35+ years’ experience in education, 20+ years in IB. Senior education leader and consultant specialising in education leadership and curriculum design. Former Academic Director and Head of Mathematics at Dhirubhai Ambani International School. Former IB Workshop Leader, IB Examiner, CIS member and School Site Visitor across the APAC region as well as school advisor and large-scale teacher training and educational technology initiatives. BSc in Physics (Hons), BEd in Math and Physics from Delhi University, MSc in Mathematics (specialising in Computer Science), MA in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Bath, Master’s Credit in Education (Interactive Teaching in a Globalised World, 2010) from University of Florida’s Fulbright Programme.

Helen Wilkinson

Academic Consultant for CourseLeap. 24+ years’ experience in English Literature, English Language, and Drama. Former Head of English and Drama at Le Régent Crans Montana College in Switzerland and Brighton College in Abu Dhabi. IBDP Examiner for English Language and Literature (A). Ms. Wilkinson’s work has been recognized as outstanding by external IB inspection teams, and her pupils describe her as an amazing advisor. Helen’s dedication extends to curriculum development and tailored programs for schools, small classes, and individual students, making her a highly versatile and respected educator.

Kalpana Balan

Neeraj Taneja

Academic Consultant and IB & IGCSE Physics Instructor. M.Sc. and M.Phil. from Kurukshetra University. 30+ years experience in curriculum and academic leadership. 10+ years of experience teaching IBDP Physics (HL & SL), IGCSE Physics, Physics Internal Assessments (IAs) and Extended Essays (EEs) in the NCR region. Former IB examiner and Head of the Diploma Programme at a leading IB school, contributing to both the authorisation process and the five-year programme evaluation. Aditi Gulati

School Consultant. 10+ years of experience as a digital transformation specialist and education advisor. MBA from SJMSOM, IIT Bomba. Lead curriculum design projects for Oberoi International Schools. .Customized and implemented Learning Management Systems (LMS) for leading CBSE and international schools, including The Heritage Group of Schools in India. Developed apps for early childhood education and workflow automation. Designing digital literacy curriculum for Grades 1-10. Experience in assessment and reporting frameworks across skills, grade levels, and schools, and building systems to support them.

Instructor for Pre-IB, IB, A Level, IA, and Extended Essay. M.Sc. Mathematics from Delhi University, Vibhu is a passionate educator who loves Abstract Algebra, Differential Equations, and Graph Theory and has done research work in Number Theory and Algebraic Graph Theory. Qualified in JAM and GATE.

Himani Bhatia

Instructor for AMC 8, Art of Problem Solving, CEMC, and Asian Olympiads and MYP, IGCSE, American Core Curriculum, A Levels and AP Calculus. M.Sc. Math from Delhi University with a B.Sc. (Hons) Math, Himani is a Math enthusiast with an interest in Differential Equations.

Ritwik Manda

Instructor for AMC 10, AMC 12 and AIME instructor. B.Tech IT & Mathematical Innovations, AIR 5 DUET, qualified for pre-regional, regional and national Olympiad rounds. Presented Number Theory research at IIT Delhi for a national conference, and completed Imperial College London’s Mathematics for Machine Learning program.

Instructor for AMC 10, AMC 12, HKIMO, SUMaC and CEMC. M.A. Math, University of Bordeaux, France; M.Sc. Math at SVNIT, Surat. Sarthak is a dedicated mathematician with seven years’ teaching experience across international competitions and also CBSE, ICSE and university level courses.

Ritwik Narayan

Instructor for PROMYS, AMC, AIME, RMO, ISI B.Stat, ISI M.Stat, and IIT JEE exams. M.Stat candidate at ISI Kolkata, 100 percentile JEE Mains scorer in 2019. Experienced in machine learning and big data analytics through ConveGenius Insights and PWC, Ritwik applies analytical skills to cricket data analysis and stock prediction.

Prateek Mehta

Research Fellow at ISI Bangalore, Pratik specialises in Algebraic Geometry and Commutative Algebra, with interests in foundations and theoretical computer science. With a decade’s teaching experience, he contributes to RMO Karnataka and EGMO training, championing discovery-based learning.

Shreyasi Kundra

Shalini Ghosh

Nick Pillow

Instructor for English and Drama in IGCSE, Pre-IB, and IB English and Creative Writing. 15+ years’ experience, former Head of Performing Arts at DAIS for 7 years. Leads youth theatre at Jeff Goldberg Studio, Mumbai. Director of Laughing Pillow LLP. BA (Hons) English Literature from Cambridge and MTeach from University of London- Institute of Education.

Radhika Kapoor

Instructor for Chemistry. 10+ years’ experience teaching IGCSE, IB MYP, and DP Chemistry across Delhi NCR. A Hindu College graduate with a M.Sc. Organic Chemistry and B.Ed., she has taught 5 years at Genesis Global and later at Heritage International Xperiential School, fostering strong conceptual understanding and scientific thinking.

Vandana Banga

Instructor for Physics in IGCSE, APs, A Levels and CBSE. 25+ years experience in Physics across IB, IGCSE, CBSE and ISC in schools including HIXS and Delhi Public School, Gurgaon. M.Sc.
