Yogesh founded CourseLeap after noticing that many students struggled when transitioning from lower secondary school to grades 11 and 12 due to a gap between their past learning and the demands of the IB. This led her to develop CourseLeap’s flagship Pre-IB Bridging Programmes in 2016 to equip students with the skills, foundations and confidence needed to thrive in the IBDP. That was only the beginning. Today, CourseLeap is the first choice for families seeking personalised academic guidance for high school advancement and beyond – from IBDP and MYP to A Levels, IGCSE, American Core, International Math Olympiads, APs and more.

Yogesh’s academic qualifications and leadership experience give her a rare depth of expertise across both national and international curricula, uniquely positioning her as an authority in curriculum design and educational leadership. She earned a BSc in Physics (Hons) and a BEd in Math and Physics from Delhi University in 1987 and 1988, followed by an MSc in Mathematics (specialising in Computer Science) in 1990. She later pursued an MA in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Bath, and a Master’s Credit in Education (Interactive Teaching in a Globalised World, 2010) through the University of Florida’s Fulbright Programme.

Building on a strong academic foundation, Yogesh began her career in 1988 as a CBSE Math and Physics teacher at Army Public School, followed by Modern School, Barakhamba Road. In 2000, she was appointed Head of Educational and Customer Services at SchoolNet India Ltd., where she led the training and implementation of educational technology across nearly 35 schools in Mumbai.

In 2002, Yogesh joined Dhirubhai Ambani International School where her journey took her from founding teacher and Curriculum Coordinator for IBDP, IGCSE, and ICSE to Head of the Department of Mathematics for IBDP and IGCSE (2006–2016), and Director of Academics (2015–2016) across K–12 for IBDP, IGCSE, and ICSE. During this time, she guided the school through two successful five-year cycles of IB evaluation, supervised teacher recruitment and professional development, and led workshops in IB Core programmes: TOK, EE, and Math Exploration. Under her leadership, the school consistently achieved IBDP results above world averages and produced multiple national and world toppers in IGCSE. In recognition of her exemplary leadership, she received a Letter of Appreciation from Nita Ambani.

Founder’s Note

In 2016, I started CourseLeap Education with a simple belief: students deserve better support as they navigate the transition from secondary to upper secondary school. After three decades of teaching and leadership, I saw first-hand how many bright students were missing opportunities to get into the colleges of their choice because they lacked structure and guidance. CourseLeap was my answer to that problem: an organisation committed to giving every student the tools to succeed.

My mission has always been clear: to bridge skill and competency gaps in high school education and beyond, and to empower students to step into the world’s top schools and universities ready to thrive, and keep thriving long after. Today, families and institutions regard CourseLeap as a benchmark in academic services because we have proven our dedication to this mission.

At the heart of our work is a simple principle: students come first. Every decision, system, and program is designed with the student in mind. I am joined by an expert faculty who are themselves passionate learners, along with a team of exceptional professionals who share a deep commitment to student success and to holding ourselves to the highest standard. Curiosity, innovation and our core LEAP values of Learnability, Enterprise, Accountability and Performance define our culture.

This is the culture I offer you at CourseLeap and hope you will join us in building something extraordinary for the future of education in India and the world.

Yours sincerely,

Yogesh Dhingra
