Course Concept

The International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) is a universally recognised qualification that is considered one of the most academically challenging courses currently offered to 9th and 10th graders. It is a two-year programme consisting of an average of 8-11 individual courses spanning both core and optional subjects. It encourages high academic standards through a practical, student-centric and inquiry-based approach to learning. Students also learn to develop skills in creative thinking, inquiry and problem solving,while receiving excellent preparation for the next stage in their education. 

A similarly rigorous curriculum are the A- levels, which are the traditional qualifications offered by schools and colleges to students between 16 and 19. They focus on academic subjects while aiming to  develop students’ in-depth understanding, crucial skills and independent thinking. Additionally, it emphasizes the application of knowledge and logical decision-making.
