Job Description:

• Deliver engaging and interactive content for English, Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Psychology, Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Biology, and Computer Science subjects across middle school, high school, and pre-university levels in an ed-tech environment.
• Design and develop comprehensive course materials aligned with international curricula such as IGCSE, MYP, IBDP, and Advanced Placement (AP).
• Facilitate live online classes and foster a collaborative and student-centric learning environment.
• Focus on building critical thinking, conceptual clarity, and problem-solving skills among students.
• Ensure effective delivery through strong written and verbal communication.

Subject Specializations:

English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Business Studies/Management, History, Geography, Psychology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Global Politics, Sociology, Languages (French, Spanish, German, Hindi, etc.), Arts (Visual Arts, Music, Theatre), and other related subjects.

Candidate Requirements:

• Teaching Experience: 5+ years of proven teaching experience in IGCSE, IB, or AP curricula (experience in reputed international schools is an added advantage).
• Subject Expertise: Strong subject-matter expertise with a consistent record of academic merit at the school or university level.
• Educational Background: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant subject domain.
• Pedagogical Standards: Demonstrated expectation for high-quality assessment and actionable performance feedback.
• Technical Skills: Proven proficiency with online teaching tools and virtual classroom delivery platforms.
• Research Background: Prior experience guiding or conducting academic research is an added advantage.
