The IB course for Pre IB Math AA HL went really well and it involved a lot of engaging activities on the topics we covered. There were sessions for doubt clarification and we were given a lot of practice through homework and the weekly tutorials. Overall I enjoyed the course a lot and have helped me immensely in my preparation for Math AA HL.

I had been studying at Jamnabai Narsee School in the ICSE board until grade 10 and am planning to shift to the IBDP board for years 12 and 13. The Pre IB Math and Pre IB English classes with CourseLeap helped me greatly to make me better prepared for IB exams. It has given me a jump start to IBDP before school has started.

Mrs. Dhingra has extensive knowledge and thus helped me to discover Math in a way I never had before. She is great at teaching the concepts from the very basics which makes it easy for us to understand. A sincere effort was made to make sure that everyone understands everything and also that the work is consolidated. The tasks were also given to introduce us to the IB style of working.

I think this time of the vacation was used quite efficiently and I am glad it happened at CourseLeap Mrs. Dhingra is never hesitant when we have doubts. She did go in depth of quite a few interesting topics to broaden our knowledge irrespective of whether it was a part of the course, which is one thing I really liked. She understood my situation with math as I had an IGCSE extended background and made sure I was able to cope with the others.

Mrs Dhingra is the best math teacher I have ever had. I love how into the subject she is and how much research she tells us to go and conduct. It makes the course less monotonous and more interesting...

(Mrs Dhingra) helps keep our attention, makes the course content very interesting, helps us to understand difficult concepts and teach new ways to look at the same problem. (the IB) is more in depth, more difficult, a lot more & “exploration” type stuff. (the course) was very helpful to cement the skills learned in class and helped me develop a good work ethic. The quizzes made the breaks interesting, helped us build thinking and application skills and probing skills to help with explorations. (I’d love) to have continued classes through the year, or high-intensity IB course before IB exams…

(Mrs Dhingra) was always open to our doubts, let us get different answers, compare them and see what is right and what is wrong. The course prepared me for the next 2 years, when it comes to approach towards work, not procrastinating, and also more confidence. The quizzes were fun because we got to work with the other students.

Mrs. Dhingra really taught all of us really well. Her love for math and education, her attention to detail, and her ability to make us think for ourselves, often from more than one angle, have made this course so unique. Making us investigate every single thing, giving us questions from our own questions and reading out philosophical passages, constantly keeping us satisfied and not satiated at the same time (PARADOX) with food for thought, were some of the highlights.
