Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales and Admissions Executive for our Edtech startup , which offers online courses to learners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the business by driving and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. The role requires a combination of strong communication, strategic thinking, and tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the entire admissions sales cycle, from lead generation to closing admissions
● Provide advisory services on courses for our flagship programs including IB and mathematics
● Interfacing with students and parents and anticipating their requirements and designing programs appropriately
● Decisive, efficient team approach, outstanding communications skills & customer relationship management
● Administrative support for Admissions , invoicing and monthly MIS reports
● Use analytics and data to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates
● Strict adherence to response and resolution timelines for queries
● Maintain relationships with career counselors, ensure a steady pipeline, and manage events in collaboration with them
● Coordinate strategic workshops and consultations.
● Lead the implementation and management of CRM systems and own and maintain the lead databases
● Manage leave, attendance, and invoicing for instructors
Requirements:
● Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Or experienced professionals with a bachelor's degree with exceptional academic track record
● Sound planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
● Exceptionally quick ability to identify, focus and execute pivotal priorities
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description:
- Deliver engaging and interactive content for non-math subjects in high school and undergraduate courses in the ed-tech environment.
- Design and develop comprehensive courses for various subjects outside of math, emphasising critical thinking, problem-solving, and conceptual understanding.
- Facilitate online classes and foster a collaborative learning environment for students.
- Ensure effective delivery of content through written and verbal communication skills.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with international curricula (IGCSE, MYP, IBDP, Advanced Placement, etc).
- Master's degree or higher in the respective subject area (e.g., English Literature, History, Physics, Biology, Computer Science, etc.).
- Strong subject matter expertise and a proven track record of academic excellence in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
- Familiarity with digital pedagogy and experience in delivering online classes.

- Conceptualize and design courses for Math and other STEM courses for undergraduate, high school students that are heavily reliant on Math.
